All keepsakes are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly replace any defective or damaged items.

Please double-check your order details before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once production has started.
